Forklift Operator / Order Picker – Full-Time

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators / Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating warehouse equipment and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Order Picker, Reach, Counterbalance, or other forklift equipment
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records
Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any issues
Wrap, label, and prepare shipments for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid forklift certification required
Previous experience operating Order Picker and/or other forklift equipment
Experience using RF scanners is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
