For sale a Rug Hooking Cutter with #4 & #6 blades , a Rigby Double . Both blades are on the cutter at the same time and you switch back and forth between them without having to take a blade off and put another blade on . It has a newly sharpened #6 blade on it . I've shown both blades cutting so you can see they both cut well. This cutter is like new except for a few scratches on the plate . $425.
