This summer, we’re creating a supportive space for kids ages 8–12 to build emotional skills in a fun, gentle, and age-appropriate way.
Across 4 engaging sessions, children will explore:

✨ Understanding feelings
✨ Getting along with others
✨ Mindfulness and taking a pause
June 29 – July 3
No session on July 1 — Canada Day
