Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Clerk at Xerox Data Solutions. The Data Entry Clerk will accurately enter, update, and maintain information in various digital systems, databases, and documents. Daily tasks include typing and verifying data from source documents, reviewing entries for errors or inconsistencies, and making corrections as needed. The role also involves organizing electronic files, following established data standards, and meeting productivity and quality targets. The Data Entry Clerk may respond to basic inquiries, communicate with team members or supervisors about missing or unclear information, and support other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong typing skills with consistent speed and accuracy, including numeric and alphanumeric data entry.
Computer literacy, including familiarity with office software, web-based tools, and basic data entry systems.
Administrative assistance abilities such as organizing digital files, following documented procedures, and managing routine tasks independently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and internal stakeholders.
Customer service mindset when handling internal or external requests, with a professional and respectful approach.
High attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in office administration or computer applications are a plus.
