ROLE 1: RESTAURANT SERVERS

The Pro or the Passionate Beginner: We welcome experienced servers who can hit the ground running, but we are also completely willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Energy & Pace: You thrive in a bustling, high-volume environment and love staying moving.

No Smart Serve Required: Because we do not serve alcohol, no Smart Serve certification is needed!


ROLE 2: DISHWASHERS / KITCHEN HELPERS

No Experience Needed: We will train you on everything you need to know from day one. Perfect for a first job or breaking into the kitchen!

No Heavy Lifting: This role focuses on speed, efficiency, and organization—not heavy lifting.
Night Owls Welcome: We have flexible shifts across all times. If you prefer the night shift, closing shifts typically run until 2:00 AM (must have reliable transportation for late finishes).
