Alba Cafe & Bar is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Servers/Waitresses to join our growing team. We are looking for friendly, professional, and reliable individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming café and bar environment.



Responsibilities



* Welcome and assist guests with a positive attitude



* Take food and beverage orders accurately



* Serve food and drinks efficiently



* Maintain a clean and organized dining area



* Process payments and handle cash transactions



* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent guest experiences



Qualifications



* Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset



* Smart Serve Certification preferred (required for alcohol service)



* Strong communication and customer service skills



* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends



* Professional appearance and positive attitude



* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
