Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Registered Massage Therapist or RMT student to join our growing team. We are open to training RMT students who have not yet completed their required hours, provided they are eager to learn and committed to professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide massage therapy services to both male and female clients
Conduct basic client assessments and demonstrate an understanding of muscle groups
Maintain accurate and professional treatment documentation (SOAP Notes)
Assist with general spa cleaning and maintenance duties
Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor at all times
Arrive on time, remain reliable, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Support a positive team environment and high standard of client care
Requirements:
Ability to reliably commute to New Horizon Mall
Comfortable working with all types of clients in a spa setting
Basic understanding of muscle groups (for students and new graduates)
Willingness to assist with spa upkeep and cleanliness
Professional, punctual, dependable, and respectful attitude
Open to learning and expanding skill sets
