Description
Polo Park Lottery kiosk and several other locations including McPhillips, Regent, Empress, St. Vital and Unicity area. We are looking for PT staff at our lottery kiosks. Must be able to be engaged in Exceptional Customer Service and Suggestive Selling in a fast paced environment. Possess excellent communication skills, friendly, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, follow direction, highly motivated and flexible.
Can work independently or within a respectful team environment. Computer skills, cash handling ability and Lotto machine experience an asset.
Providing excellent customer service in providing a variety of lottery products.
Gain knowledge of lottery products that are available.
Operate the Lottery Terminal, POS computer system and debit machine terminal.
Accurate and efficient at Cash handling of the different cash payment methods.
Responsible and Accountable for all cash, paperwork and lottery tickets.
Must maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all health, sanitation and safety procedures particularly using PPE.
Can work independently or within a respectful team environment.
Experience is an asset.
