We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Coffee Shop Helper to join our team at our coffee shop located inside Georgetown Hospital.

Part-time
20–25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling

About the Role:
We operate a small and easy-to-manage coffee shop serving coffee, sandwiches, salads, hot sandwiches, snacks, and beverages. There is no cooking required.

Our customers are primarily hospital staff, along with visitors and patients, so providing excellent customer service is very important.

Requirements:

Fluent English (required)
Customer service experience preferred
Retail, café, coffee shop, or fast-food experience is an asset but not required
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ability to keep the coffee shop clean, organized, and well-stocked
Must be dependable and punctual
Preference will be given to applicants who live in Georgetown or nearby

Responsibilities:

Preparing coffee and beverages
Making sandwiches and salads
Serving customers and processing sales
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
Restocking products and supplies
Providing outstanding customer service
