55 Plus seniors building in Osborne Village now renting 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suites. The suites are approximately 600 square feet and are geared for Independent Senior Living. The suites are newly refinished with new counter tops, paint and new vinyl plank flooring. The suite is equipped with bars in the bathtub and are designed for people who have disabilities. There are also 2 elevators in the building so our seniors do not have to use the stairs. There is also beautiful common room on the 2nd floor which also has a common kitchen and meals are available at the building for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The costs of these meals are posted on the menu provided by the kitchen staff at the building. There are is also exercise equipment at the buildng.
