Construction Supervisor – Apartment Building Construction
$70,000/Year | Full-Time | Hamilton, ON

Asset Construction Ltd. is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a new apartment building located at 299 Main Street East, Hamilton.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities on-site
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans
Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
Enforce health and safety standards
Maintain daily reports and project documentation
Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Municipal Inspectors
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience
Experience with apartment, condominium, commercial, or multi-residential projects
Strong knowledge of Ontario construction practices and building codes
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
Certifications Required:
Working at Heights
WHMIS
Health & Safety Awareness Training
