Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Shipper Receiver with carpentry skills to manage our incoming and outgoing shipments and build custom pallets and crates. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Safely operate forklifts and skid steer, power tools, and other equipment necessary for work.

Monday - Friday, Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring order accuracy and proper documentation.
- Operate forklift & Skid Steer, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Build custom pallets & crates for our products
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform quality checks on materials before shipping
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products in a safe manner.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and good communication skills

Qualifications:

- Demonstrates good understanding of carpentry skills and experience.
- Forklift & Skid Steer experience required
- Experience with power tools ( nail gun, and power saw)
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work both indoors & outdoors
- Communicate with co-workers and customers
