Anto Auto Glass is growing and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Auto Glass Technician. Whether you're looking to start a career in the automotive industry or already have experience in auto glass installation and repair, we'd like to hear from you.

For entry-level candidates, no experience is required—we're willing to train the right person. Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply and will be compensated based on skills and experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with windshield replacements and repairs

Learning proper removal and installation techniques

Shop cleaning and organization

Assisting with mobile service calls

Helping with ADAS calibrations and diagnostics

Working on passenger vehicles, semi trucks, heavy equipment, and specialty glass

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and reliability

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Mechanical aptitude is an asset

Experience with tools is an asset but not required
