I’m Kurtis, owner of 1-2-1 Fitness. I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and strength coach with 8 years of experience helping busy individuals lose weight, build muscle, and improve their fitness, from those just starting their journey to experienced lifters looking to improve their results.
I’m also a former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Wilfrid Laurier University, where I worked with athletes to improve performance through structured training.
