As a Route Service Trainee you’ll work alongside a team of Route Service Representatives who service a diverse portfolio of customers each day, from small family-owned businesses to large corporate locations. What Your Role Entails:
Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
Collaborate closely with leadership and management to deliver best-in-class customer service and product programs
Provide route coverage during Route Service Representative absences.

Qualifications

What You Bring to UniFirst Driver’s License & Safe Driving Record: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Must meet all Ministry of Transportation requirements. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or CAEC is required. Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset and providing excellent customer service. : Enjoys working closely with a team of Route Service Representatives. Relevant Experience: Prior leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs., with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.

Other Notes: This is a physical position not office work. . You must speak and write excellent English. Trainees start at a salaried position of $52,000 per year. Ability to earn 57,000 per year upwards to $80,000.
