Job Details: Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour for the first two months, with increases based on performance and experience. benefits a possibility once defined probationary period expires. Responsibilities: Operating sandblasting equipment to prepare parts for coating Ensuring high-quality surface preparation in a safe and efficient manner Help in the coating process. (Runner). Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: Sandblasting experience is ideal but not necessary – we provide training for motivated candidates Forklift experience would be beneficial, but also not required. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
