Journeyman Carpenter / Lead Hand Opportunity – Modular Construction
Raven Developments is growing and looking for a motivated Journeyman Carpenter who is ready to take the next step in their career. This position offers an opportunity to advance into a Lead Hand Carpenter role for the right individual.
We specialize in the installation of permanent modular buildings throughout Western Canada, working on exciting projects including hotels, apartments, workforce housing, and commercial developments.

Responsibilities:
- Install and connect modular building components
- Structural and architectural module connections
- Framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Working with cranes, telehandlers, and lifting operations
- Maintaining quality workmanship and site safety standards
- Assisting with crew leadership and coordination as experience grows
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Carpenter Certification preferred
- Strong carpentry and construction experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work out of town on rotational or project-based schedules
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in modular construction is an asset but not required
