Description
East Coast Signs is a growing sign installation company serving clients across Ontario. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
* Schedule crews, site visits, and customer appointments.
* Create and manage invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.
* Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Maintain customer files and project documentation.
* Assist with quoting, job tracking, and project coordination.
* Follow up with customers regarding schedules and project updates.
* General office administration and data entry duties.

Requirements:

* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Experience with QuickBooks Online.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Professional phone and email communication skills.
* Previous office administration experience preferred.
* Experience in the construction, signage, or trades industry is an asset.
