This print, titled "Sharing Thoughts", is number 50 out of a limited edition of 99 commissioned by the Manitoba Telephone Sytem in 1993.
It is titled, numbered and signed/dated by the artist in pencil. It also has the artist's seal, "Sweet Pea's Native Art Gallery", embossed in the lower left corner.
Sweetpea (Leo Neilson), born in 1965, is a Brokenhead Ojibway Nation artist from Peguis, Manitoba. He was given his nickname at a young age by his mother, from the Golden Gates of St. Peter reserve in Manitoba's interlake region. His mentors included fellow Ojibway artist Gary Meeches and Isaac Bignell. He also found inspiration in the work of Benjamin Chee Chee.
This print is 10" x 8" and is in a nice glass-covered wooden frame measuring 12" x 10".
Each print in the run is slightly different, as the artist applied the colours by hand.

I have searched the internet and believe that my price of $95 is entirely fair for a genuine Sweetpea print of this size in pristine condition. I've seen other similar prints advertised for $135 -150.
