We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
* Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
* Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
* Follow all food safety and health regulations.
* Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and kitchen cleaning duties.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications:

* Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Food Handler Certification is an asset.
