The hot water tank system is manual lite design. Trailer has been sitting unused for 8 years, had to replace the tires, which had perfect tread because they were weather cracked from sitting in the sun. Everything works great on it. I tested everything last week to be sure. All appliances are spotless.
Depending on mine/buyers schedules I could have everything functional for a viewing.

Comes with super quiet Champion 3100 Watt Inverter Generator that easily handles this trailer. A full propane tank and charged battery.
