Superior Yard Works Inc. is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Foreman to join our growing team. We are seeking a strong leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and keeps projects running safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

* ✔️ Valid Driver’s License (required)
* ✔️ Must be punctual and dependable
* ✔️ Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
* ✔️ Must follow safety procedures and adhere to all safety regulations
* ✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
* ✔️ Ability to manage and motivate a crew
* ✔️ Experience in construction, excavation, landscaping, or foundation work is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise daily job site operations.
* Coordinate and direct crew members to complete projects efficiently.
* Ensure work is completed to company standards and deadlines.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and proper use of protective equipment.
* Communicate with management regarding project progress and material needs.
* Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
* Operate equipment and assist with labor when required.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Every second Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
