We're looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level team member who wants to build a career alongside our company as we launch our newly developed website and continue expanding our customer base.
This is much more than a typical customer service or sales support position.

At Envirofilters, we don't cold call customers. Instead, we focus on building long-term relationships by helping customers maintain their equipment, providing valuable guidance, and delivering exceptional service. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do.

What You'll Do:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, through phone, email, CRM and online communication
● Help customers understand and maintain their air and water filtration systems through our replenishment and maintenance programs
● Process orders and assist customers with product recommendations, reorders, and account support
● Monitor and maintain customer accounts, reminders, maintenance schedules, and follow-up activities within our CRM platform
● Identify opportunities to support customer needs, increase customer retention, and strengthen customer loyalty
● Support the launch and growth of our new website while contributing ideas for social media, digital marketing, and online customer engagement
● Learn, develop, and grow into new responsibilities as the company continues to expand

What We're Looking For

● Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and online platforms

● Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required

What We Offer
● Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
● Occasional night shifts 12:00 - 8:00 PM
● Occasional Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) based on business needs
● Starting wage of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) plus incentives
● Fully paid training
