Key Responsibilities

Execution: Safely and efficiently complete daily deliveries on an assigned dedicated route.

Logistics: Load and unload freight, maintain accurate delivery records, and ensure strict scanning compliance.

Service: Represent the company professionally at all customer delivery locations.

Fleet Care: Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.

Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and delivery schedules.

Requirements
Minimum 25 years of age (for commercial insurance compliance)
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
Minimum 2 years of clean, verifiable commercial driving experience
Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle freight up to 70 lbs
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Please note: For the safety of our drivers and protection of company assets, all Cheema Courier vehicles are equipped with dual-facing (in-cab and road-facing) event-triggered cameras.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidates must:

Pass a comprehensive criminal background check
Adhere to Cheema Courier’s Zero-Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy, including participation in random testing as required
