Description
Well cared for 2005 Honda CR-V SE (Leather, Heated Seats, Premium Stereo), 2.4L VTEC engine. Showing some rust on the roof and near the rear wheel wells. Minor scuffs, otherwise no body damage. We have owned the vehicle since 75,000km, it is clean and we are non-smokers. Private sale so no GST. Was my daughter’s vehicle but she’s acquired a deal on a newer / bigger SUV to keep up with her needs.
Features all-wheel drive, sunroof, leather, heated front seats, command start, air conditioning, cruise, tilt, great sound system with 6 slot CD changer (still works) and cassette (still works, rare combination), power windows and locks, power heated mirrors, rear wiper, 2” receiver hitch.
Has the pull-out table feature in the back for camping ***.
Has done minimal towing (a couple of utility trailer trips to the dump) – hitch used mostly for bike racks. Has a K&N permanent (washable) performance air filter.
Have EXTENSIVE MAINTENANCE RECORDS AND RECEIPTS – exceptionally detailed/kept and noted as you will see.
New brakes (pads and rotors, all 4 wheels) just installed. Was intending to keep the vehicle until the deal on the SUV came about.
Has many other new or recent repairs including: Spark plugs, coils, air conditioning compressor re-built last year, battery, fuel pump, starter, struts, and many others. Fresh engine oil change just completed. Oil changes done regularly not exceeding 5,500km since owned and using high quality 100% synthetic oil. Transmission and differential oils changed just over a year ago. Spare oil and filters to the new owner.
The catalytic converter was stolen approximately 3 years ago and we’ve had problems with the oxygen sensor (engine light on). On our last trip to the mechanic, he indicated we could pay to replace it or just leave it and he wasn’t too concerned. The catalytic converter is now protected by a “cat-strap” theft prevention install.
4 nearly new summer Michelin tires on factory 16” Honda mag rims and relatively new Bridgestone winter tires on 16” Honda mag rims. Both are from Costco.
