Bradner R Farms is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Labourer to assist with crop production and irrigation operations.

Primary Duties:

* Monitor, operate, and maintain irrigation systems
* Set up, move, and repair irrigation equipment
* Operate and troubleshoot pumps and water delivery systems
* Assist with crop production and field operations
* Monitor fields and report irrigation or crop concerns
* Perform general farm maintenance and labour as required
*Weeding

Additional Duties May Include:

* Fencing installation and repairs
* Working around cattle and livestock facilities
* General farm and yard upkeep
* Assisting with other agricultural tasks as needed

Requirements:

* Knowledge of irrigation systems and pumps
* Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Able to work independently and follow instructions
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Previous farm experience considered an asset

This position is primarily focused on crop production and irrigation, with other farm duties assigned as needed.
