About Us

All Canada Construction is a growing construction company providing complete residential and commercial construction services from roofing to foundation. Our services include roofing, siding, painting, framing, drywall, flooring, concrete, gutters, renovations, and exterior finishing.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Manager who has strong knowledge of multiple trades and can accurately estimate projects, communicate with clients, and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for construction projects.
* Review drawings, plans, specifications, and site conditions.
* Perform site visits and measurements.
* Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
* Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Create project budgets and schedules.
* Follow up on leads and submit proposals to clients.
* Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Monitor project costs and profitability.
* Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
* Assist with permit and inspection requirements.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of construction estimating or project management experience.
* Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction.
* Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and estimating software.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation

* Base Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
* Performance Bonuses
