We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Dispatcher to join our growing transportation company.

Position: Full-Time Transport Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

Book and negotiate loads with brokers and customers.

Dispatch loads and provide instructions to drivers.

Track shipments and monitor delivery status.

Maintain communication with drivers throughout trips.

Handle customer phone calls and provide updates.

Resolve transportation and scheduling issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and dispatch documentation.

Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience in the transportation/trucking industry.

Knowledge of load boards and freight booking processes.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Good computer and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
