Title: Caregiver for Senior, (NOC 44101)
Job type: Full-time Permanemt minimum 30 hours per week
Salary: $22 per hour
Location: Private Family Household in Woodbridge, Vaughan, Ontario

I am seeking a warm, compassionate, experienced and reliable Caregiver to provide care for my mother with medical needs in our home in Woodbridge.

The ideal schedule is Monday to Friday with exact shifts open to discussion based on care requirements


Primary Duties:

Personal Care Assistance:
Provide gentle assistance for my mother with her daily living activities including toileting, bathing, dressing grooming and specialized mobility aid transfer

Meal Preparation:
Plan, cook, prepare fresh nutritious meals and snack tailored to her dietary requirements and restrictions

Medication and health tracking:
Provide accurate daily medication, track general physical,cognitive wellbeing and report changes

Appointments and Companionship
Accompany my mother to local medical appointments, engage her with meaningful conversations and cognitive activities at home

Light household upkeep:
Maintain a clean and safe environment for my mother by managing light household chores including her laundry, dishwashing and keeping her living spaces tidy

Employment Requirements:
Language: English
Education: High School
Experinece: 1 year Home support experience

Checks and Certifications:
Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate preferred

Compensation and Work Environment:
Wage rate: $22 per hour paid bi- weekly
Vacation: 4% vacation pay or 2 weeks of paid annual leave

Location:
Private family residence in Woodbridge, Vaughan Ontario

Private live-in accommodation available to the Caregiver at no cost (not a condition of employment)
