Home Support and Cleaning Assistant
Description
The Home Support and Cleaning Assistant role focuses on helping clients create and maintain homes that feel organized, comfortable, and cared for. Team members assist with a variety of home support tasks while providing exceptional service, professionalism, and compassion.
We are looking for individuals who take initiative, enjoy working independently, and take pride in making a positive impact.
Typical Work Day
Duties:
-Assist families in resetting and organizing their homes
-Provide support to seniors in managing and maintaining their spaces
-Organize and declutter residential environments to improve functionality
-Help clients develop and implement systems that simplify daily routines
-Adapt services to meet varying client needs and priorities from day to day
Regular Activities
-Travel
-Various Locations

-Weekends
-Working Individually
-Working with the Public
-Assisting and Caring for Others
-Working in a Small Team
-Extended Time Standing
-Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling

Qualifications:
-Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation
-Strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people
-Reliability
-Attention to detail
-Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions
-Handle all client information with strict confidentiality and discretion
-Respect client privacy within their personal spaces and belongings
-Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients
Occupational Requirements
-Clean criminal record check
-Clean vulnerable sector check
