Sylvester's Story
This handsome boy was found running loose with his 2 companions, Roxanne and Wile E. We don't know the background of this trio, but it is evident that they've had a difficult life. These beautiful dogs were severely malnourished and under socialized when we met them. With lots of T.L.C from our Animal Care team, the dogs have gained weight and are ready to meet their forever families!

Sylvester has an outgoing personality and lots of energy! He likes to be with people and is learning to walk on leash. He is sometimes anxious in his kennel, so his ideal family would be home most of the day. Sylvester is seeking a patient family that will help him adjust to his new home and work on his obedience skills. Sylvester is sure to be a loyal, loving companion!

Sylvester is a German Shepherd/Husky mix, 8 years old, neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. He has many worn and broken teeth from years of neglect; he is scheduled to have a dental surgery next week.
He is a slim 22.5kg (50lbs)

If you would like to adopt a pet, please call Caledon Animal Services at 905-584-2272 x4698. Our team will conduct a telephone interview and arrange adoption paperwork digitally. If approved, staff will arrange an appointment to meet the pet before finalizing the adoption.
