Dump Truck Driver – Full Time
Ideal Earthworks Inc. is a growing earthworks and underground utility contractor based in Sturgeon County, Alberta.
We are currently seeking an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team.
We specialize in residential, municipal infrastructure, culvert replacements, underground utilities, site development, and earthworks throughout the Edmonton and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tandem and tri-axle dump trucks safely and efficiently
- Haul gravel, clay, topsoil, riprap, and construction materials
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assist with loading, unloading, and site activities as required
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 3 driver's licence (air brakes required)
- Experience operating dump trucks in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of safe hauling practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- **Must be able to drive standard**
