Responsibilities:
• Assist with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage service requests
• Prepare invoices and process customer transactions
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and organize work orders
• Support daily shop operations as required

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in automotive repair or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license is an asset
