The Occupational Therapist will come in for FREE and do the assessment. OTHER PLACES ARE CHARGING $150.00 for this...THATS NOT RIGHT!!! The OT's name is Dimitrius 519-645-2410. I am NOT BEING PAID TO MENTION THESE PEOPLE...I just don't want people to get RIPPED OFF!!! and I have a bran new walker!!!!!!!
