A2B Landscaping & Design is looking for an experienced, motivated Foreman to lead landscape construction projects throughout Oakville, Halton, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a landscape construction crew
* Install patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, armour stone, sod, gardens, and softscape features
* Read plans and ensure projects are completed to a high standard
* Operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely
* Train and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity
* Communicate with management and clients professionally
* Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience in hardscape, softscape, and landscape construction
* Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred
* Valid G Driver’s Licence (required)
* Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and landscape equipment
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
