We are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) for elderly patient in the GTA/Toronto area.

Requirements:
• NACC Certification is REQUIRED

• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Experience assisting with mobility, personal care, medication reminders, meal assistance, and companionship
•
• Flexible availability preferred (day/night shifts may be required)

Duties Include:
• Personal care assistance
• Mobility and transfer support
• Meal preparation/light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Monitoring patient comfort and safety
• Providing emotional support and companionship
