Dutchman's Legacy Farm in Harrop Procter will have pork sides available in late June/early July. Price will be $6/lb hanging weight plus cut/wrap/cure. Our pork is raised from wean to finish right here on our farm and in their natural environment with free access to the forest! Pigs are naturally a forest animal and they are loving life right now! We use local meat cutting specialists, Kosiancic Farm for most of our cutting needs and they are highly recommended for curing your bacon and hams and have a long list of specialty sausages that can be made to order.
