Hello everyone. Id like to start by sending out a big thank to all those that participated in our sale at 62 St. Germain Ave. this past weekend. It was a tremendous success.
Moving ahead 3 weeks ago we conducted a contents/demolition sale at 423 Glencairn Ave. We decided to extend the sale as there are some items left and all the items will be offered at deep discounted prices and there will be additional items added.
The sale will be launched as an on line sale starting Friday morning and will continue through the weekend of June 6th through the 8th. We will make Saturday June the 8th the pick up day from the hrs of 9:00am to 4:00 pm.
You are also invited to attend in person during those hrs if you want to see the items in person.
Items for sale include most things household, including mens and ladies clothing and shoes, lots of name brands. A whole rack of ladies(some mens)clothing will be offered at $10 each and they are all new items. Bronze coffee and end table, West Elm sofa, custom made down filled sofa, modern office desk, , wrought iron with glass top sofa/hall table, modern nic nac shelf and Italian kitchen table and chairs. Pictures, paintings,prints, mirrors and table lamps. Everything attached to the interior and exterior of the house is for sale.
