Part-time assistant needed for my naturopathic practice. Work is done remotely so you can work from the comfort of your own home. Hours are flexible, averaging 10-15 hours per week, but need to be available to do billing on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, as well as check messages several times a day throughout the week. Must have exceptional customer service skills as well as proficient computer skills, as I use an online booking/billing system called Jane. Tasks include booking appointments, answering patient messages, faxing records requests, billing and insurance processing. $20/hour, flexible start date but ideally mid-end June.
