AllClean Solutions is expanding and we're currently looking for driven individuals to join our Door-to-Door Sales Team in Calgary and surrounding areas.

This is NOT a boring desk job.

This is NOT minimum wage.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods

• Introducing our cleaning services

• Generating leads and booking jobs

• Building confidence and communication skills

• Working independently while being supported by our team

No previous sales experience is required.

We provide training, scripts, systems, and ongoing support.

These are services homeowners already need and use, making conversations much easier than many other sales industries.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based opportunity.

The harder you work, the more you earn.

There is no earning cap.

Your income is directly tied to your consistency, effort, and performance.

Weekly volume bonuses are available for top performers.
