Tri-Gen Group has an exciting, ground floor opportunity for red seal heavy duty mechanics in lake country near Boyle, Alberta.
We are seeking an individual with experience in all makes, successful candidates will be strong team players that want to be part of creating a great place to work.
Duties Include:

· Use of digital work orders

· Meet Safety Standards-Completing daily safety meetings and assessment digitally

· Interpreting work orders and technical manuals.

· Diagnosing the source of faults and malfunctions and preforming repairs

· Testing and repairing to ensure that completed work meets manufacturer’s specification and legislation regulations

· Troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling engines, powertrain and hydraulic systems.

· Main equipment is CAT and John Deere

· Various Equipment are Dozer’s, Articulated Trucks, Excavators, loaders and other support pieces of smaller equipment

· Performing hands on maintenance and repairs of all equipment

· Reviewing inspections and recording faults, keeping up to date records of maintenance, and assisting with dispatch and planning of repairs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic – Preferable Off-Road Experience with CAT and John Deere

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

· Valid Class 5 Drivers License

· Ability to pass a drug test when required

· Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more

Must be local to the Boyle area, or within a reasonable commute.
