Customer Service Officer
Description
A full-time Customer Service Officer is needed in a telecom company. Your main job will be customer care, sales support, tech support and order verification and processing. No experience is required and all training will be provided. Criteria:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Good phone manner in talking to customers.
3. Capable of using Microsoft word and Excel.
4. Reasonable typing speed for data entry.
5. Capable of handling multi-tasks.
6. Sales experience an asset.
Work hours: 10:00 am to 6:00pm,
