We are seeking skilled and reliable Framers to join our growing construction team. Now hiring for 153 unit Townhome complex.

Responsibilities:

* Frame walls, floors, and roofs
* Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
* Work efficiently and safely on active construction sites
* Maintain quality workmanship and meet project schedules

Requirements:

* Proven experience in residential or multi-family framing
* Ability to read plans and layouts
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites
* Own PPE (hard hat, safety boots, high-vis, etc.)
* Own personal hand tools
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Motivated, dependable, and proud of quality workmanship
