Adults Needed for a brain imaging study at CAMH.
The goal of this study is to explore how changes in the brain’s energy production are related to two conditions: treatment-resistant depression and post COVID symptoms like reduced motivation, depression, loss of enjoyment in activities, and taking longer to complete tasks. We are looking for adults to act as a comparison group to those who experience clinical depression, treatment-resistant depression, and post COVID symptoms.
The eligibility criteria for the study is:
• Age 18 to 75
• In good physical and mental health
• No history of moderate/severe COVID-19 or ongoing symptoms
• Not taking psychiatric medication
• Not using recreational drugs or cigarettes
• Not pregnant or breastfeeding
Compensation provided. Breaks between study procedures provided as needed.
