We are currently hiring experienced Counterbalance Propane Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse operation in Concord. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to handle valuable and sensitive materials with care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Operating Counterbalance Propane forklifts safely and efficiently
• Shipping and receiving duties
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Order picking and packing
• Material handling and inventory movement
• 20% hand bombing/manual loading required
• Lifting up to 50 lbs involved
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Handling precious cargo with care and accuracy
• Changing propane tanks safely when required
• Following all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Counterbalance Propane forklift experience
• Valid forklift license required
• Must know how to safely change propane tanks
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and warehouse systems
• Must work with an ownership mentality and take pride in their work
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• CSA-approved safety shoes required at all times
• No jewelry, AirPods, or loose clothing permitted on the warehouse floor
