The job requires precise physical work, heavy lifting, and the ability to operate cutting and leveling equipment.

Core Responsibilities
Site Preparation: Excavate dirt, wheelbarrow heavy materials, and shovel gravel or bedding sand into place

.Base Leveling: Screen, rake, and use hand tampers or plate compactors to create a perfectly flat base surface.

Stone Laying: Lay interlocking pavers, bricks, or stones manually according to specific patterns and designs.

Stone Cutting: Measure, mark, and safely cut stones using masonry saws, power cutters, or block splitters.

Finishing Work: Sweep polymeric sand into joints, compact the final surface, and wash down the completed project.

Technical QualificationsEquipment Skills: Experience with concrete saws, plate compactors, laser levels, and hand tools.Mathematical Aptitude: Basic math and measuring skills to calculate slope, alignment, and cutting angles.Physical Strength: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and place heavy stone units weighing up to 80 pounds.Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining straight lines, consistent gaps, and proper water drainage slopes.
