About Us

Niramaya Constructions & DeckFort specialize in decks, railings, fences, concrete, interlock, pergolas, and exterior renovation projects across the GTA. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Foreman who can lead projects, maintain quality standards, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise construction crews on-site.
* Build and install decks, railings, fences, pergolas, and related structures.
* Read and interpret drawings, plans, and measurements.
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
* Train and guide crew members.
* Communicate with clients and management regarding project progress.
* Maintain a safe and organized job site.
* Perform framing, carpentry, and finishing work as required.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of carpentry or construction experience.
* Experience with deck and railing construction is an asset.
* Ability to lead a crew and manage projects independently.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices.
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
