Experienced Carpenter / Lead Carpenter – Residential Renovations

Pay: $32–$45/hr based on experience, tools, reliability, and ability to work independently

Endevont Inc. is an Ottawa-based residential construction and renovation company. We complete high-quality exterior and renovation projects, including decks, porches, siding, roofing-related carpentry, structural repairs, framing, finishing, and custom residential work.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in clean work, shows up consistently, and can think ahead on site without needing constant direction.

Type of Work

Residential renovations and exterior construction
Decks, porches, framing, siding prep, trim, repairs, and general carpentry
Reading basic drawings and working from site instructions
Working with a small, professional crew
Keeping sites clean, organized, and safe
Requirements

5 years of residential carpentry or renovation experience
Valid G license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently
Comfortable working at heights
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Working at Heights certification is an asset
First Aid is an asset
