Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, entry-level position that offers a variety of responsibilities including material preparation, customer interaction, and assisting with sales and estimating.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Stage and organize installation materials and inventory
Put stock away and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Communicate professionally with clients on-site and by phone
Assist with sales support and estimating
Support general day-to-day field operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift and carry materials as required
Experience using hand and power tools a definite asset
