Requires 1 full-time Restaurant Manager
Salary range $37.00/hr to 39.00/hr.
Must speak English.
The successful applicant will be required to:
Production & Kitchen Operations (BOH)
• Oversee all food production, including dough preparation, sauces, toppings and daily prep;
• Manage and supervise line cooks and pizza makers to ensure quality, speed and consistency;
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with all health and safety regulations;
• Develop and enforce standardized recipes, portion control and production procedures.
Inventory, Ordering and Cost Control
• Control inventory, managing all ordering of food, packing and supplies;
• Maintain strict inventory controls to minimize waste, theft and stockouts;
• Monitor food costs and implement strategies to improve margins.
Labour & Staffing
• Recruit, training, and coach kitchen and front of house staff;
• Create and manage weekly labour schedules aligned to sales volumes and business needs;
• Monitor labour costs and productivity to meet budge targets;
• Conduct performance management and ongoing staff development;
Delivery & Sales Channels
• Oversee the full third-party delivery function (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip);
• Manage menu integration, pricing consistency, order flow, and resolving issues with delivery partners;
• Optimize delivery and pickup processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction;
Systems & Technology
• Utilize TouchBistro and TOAST POS systems for daily operation, reporting and performance tracking;
• Manage and optimize integrated applications to improve efficiency across both BOH and FOH;
• Use data and reporting to inform staffing, prep levels, and operation discussions
Customer Experience & Service
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, both in-store and through delivery platforms;
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly;
• Build strong service culture and ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times;
Applicants should have:
• Several years of experience in food service including restaurant management or supervisory experience;
• Completion of college or other program in hospitality or business management.
Ideal candidate would have:
• Several years of hands-on experience with pizza production, including dough prep, cooking, and quality control;
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory, food costs, and labour budgets;
• Experience with using both TouchBistro and TOAST POS systems, including reporting and integrations;
• Experience managing third-party delivery platforms and online ordering channels;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Valid Serving it Right (SIR) certification (or ability to obtain immediately).
Our restaurant is open 7 days per week, so regular weekend shifts, late-night, and early morning availability are a must.
